ABOUT SPC TESTING
SPC Engineering and Testing was started in 1994 by Todd Wille, a civil engineer. After pursuing a Civil Engineering degree at the University of Minnesota, and getting his PE, Todd started working for road contractors and saw a need for road material testing.
The company provides construction material testing and design services for asphalt,
concrete and soil. We work for State, County, City and Construction Companies.
We also provide profilograph testing for asphalt and concrete pavements.

PROFILOGRAPH TESTING
Two of our employees; Greg Stein and Mark Wilkins and are testing asphalt smoothness with their Profilograph machine which detects pavement conditions for asphalt and concrete.
